RETAIL PROFIT

Retail Profit is the foundational income stream in the E-Biotorium Business Incentive Plan and is earned directly by Independent Direct Sellers through the resale of E-Biotorium products. This income is generated through the price difference between the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and the Direct Seller Price (DSP).

Independent Direct Sellers purchase products from the company at a discounted Direct Seller Price (DSP) and are authorized to resell them at the publicly listed Maximum Retail Price (MRP). The difference between the MRP and DSP constitutes the Retail Profit, which is earned instantly at the point of sale. Independent Direct Sellers can earn from 0.60% to 85% Retail Profit on every sale, depending on the product category and applicable pricing structure.

For Example: Every product in E-Biotorium portfolio has a Maximum Retail Price (MRP) & Direct Seller Price (DSP). If a product has a MRP of Rs. 1500/-, Independent Direct Sellers in E-Biotorium can purchase the same products on DP which is Rs. 1000/- and may resell the same product on MRP and earn Rs. 500/- (i.e. 50% profit) on reselling the product.

MRP = 1500

DSP = 1000

Retail Profit = 1500 – 1000 = 500/-

• The company reserves the right to offer further discounts, which may reduce the effective DSP below the listed amount.

When a person is registered as an Independent Direct Seller of E-Biotorium and introduce more Independent Direct Sellers and these Independent Direct Sellers purchase products & services from E-Biotorium, then on every purchase some special points are generated which are called as Point Value (PV). These PV points are given to every Independent Direct Seller in the upward network. The Qualifying aspect is calculated from the network, with matching of business from 2 Business Teams – Winner Team & Genius Team. When an Independent Direct Seller is able to recommend sales of 2000 PV from his / her Winner Team and sales of 1000 PV from his / her Genius Team or vice versa in the ratio of 1:2 / 2:1, company recognizes such Independent Direct Sellers as Star Direct Seller and he / she becomes eligible to earn 1% of the matching PV as Qualifying Bonus. Value of 1 PV is considered as Rs. 88/-.

Once an Independent Direct Seller advances to the rank of Star Direct Seller, they become eligible for the Super Awareness Bonus. This bonus is paid when any business whether from first-time purchases or repurchase is generated and matched between their Winner Team and Genius Team. Under the E-Biotorium Business Incentive Plan, such matched business is rewarded with 1% of the matching PV calculated in a ratio of 1:1 as Super Awareness Bonus. The value of 1 PV is considered as ₹88.

A Direct Seller can rise through the Leadership Ranks by consistently growing product sales — both through first purchases and repurchases within their network. As a Direct Seller’s business increases over time, they qualify for higher Leadership Ranks, which in turn unlock access to exclusive bonuses and performance incentives.

Leadership Ranks are calculated on the basis of cumulative business generated across both business teams. Each rank has specific qualification criteria based on the total business achieved by the Direct Seller and their team.

It is calculated based on the repurchase business generated between two business teams: the Winner Team and the Genius Team. Under the E-Biotorium Business Incentive Plan, Independent Direct Sellers are compensated with 71.59% of the matched business volume, calculated at a 1:1 ratio as Team Repurchase Bonus. The value of 1 PV (Point Value) is fixed at ₹88.
